Designed by Executive Chef / Owner Serge Dansereau the menu is responsive to seasonal offerings, treasures of the deep and European culinary traditions.

The lunch and dinner menus are as colourful and eclectic as the art and interior design, offering French cuisine with a twist.  A full vegetarian menu is available.  With a strong emphasis on fresh produce, you can expect the menu to change seasonally.



Our Sommelier, has created an extensive wine list for the Restaurant.  There are more than 350 wines to choose from on our Restaurant wine list, with a mix of local and international wines.

The list aims to provide an exciting selection to complement the menu, with some of the world’s best producers listed alongside local boutique wineries.  Sean Boyle and his team are available to help you create the perfect food and wine match.

The Restaurant has a feeling of comfort yet understated elegance. The menu places emphasis on fresh produce from small producers that Serge is so well known for. The extensive wine list includes a great choice of Australian and foreign wines, both current and older vintages. Awarded one hat with the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide. Five or seven course dégustation menu with matching wines also available.


This is an exclusive and intimate semi private dining room with floor to ceiling glass windows over looking one of Sydney’s prettiest beaches and towards Middle Harbour.

The Blue Room is perfect for a group occasion providing an unforgettable dining experience, seats up to 24 guests.

From Monday 5th March until Monday 1st October the Restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner Wednesday – Sunday with the exception of Easter Monday on 2nd April when we will be open for lunch and dinner and the Queen’s birthday on Monday 11th June when we will be opening for lunch.
