Designed by Executive Chef / Owner Serge Dansereau the menu is responsive to seasonal offerings, treasures of the deep and European culinary traditions.

The lunch and dinner menus are as colourful and eclectic as the art and interior design, offering French cuisine with a twist.  A full vegetarian menu is available.  With a strong emphasis on fresh produce, you can expect the menu to change seasonally.

WINE LIST

Our Sommelier, has created an extensive wine list for the Restaurant.  There are more than 350 wines to choose from on our Restaurant wine list, with a mix of local and international wines.

The list aims to provide an exciting selection to complement the menu, with some of the world’s best producers listed alongside local boutique wineries.  Sean Boyle and his team are available to help you create the perfect food and wine match.

The Restaurant has a feeling of comfort yet understated elegance. The menu places emphasis on fresh produce from small producers that Serge is so well known for. The extensive wine list includes a great choice of Australian and foreign wines, both current and older vintages. Awarded one hat with the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide. Five or seven course dégustation menu with matching wines also available.

THE BLUE ROOM

This is an exclusive and intimate semi private dining room with floor to ceiling glass windows over looking one of Sydney’s prettiest beaches and towards Middle Harbour.

The Blue Room is perfect for a group occasion providing an unforgettable dining experience, seats up to 24 guests.

CHEF’S TABLE

Get behind the scenes for a unique culinary experience at The Bathers’ Pavilion, and enjoy a 4 course carefully devised menu, with each course expertly paired with wines from the extensive wine list.  The Chef’s Table gives you the opportunity to enjoy seductive food and tour the kitchens throughout the course of the evening with owner and executive chef, Serge Dansereau. See the theatrical elements of a professional establishment in action. Bookings are available for 12 to 16 guests.

4 course menu – $170 per person
4 course with wine – $250 per person
